SITAEL participated in the European Electric Propulsion Workshop, organized by the EPIC consortium and ASI in Naples from May 9 to 12.
Tommaso Misuri, Head of Propulsion Department at SITAEL, presented the results of the European Commission’s AETHER project, on innovative propellant-free electric propulsion in ‘very-LEO’ orbits, and was among the speakers of the round table “Electric Propulsion Roadmap”, moderated by ESA. Alena Kitaeva, Electric Propulsion Senior Engineer at SITAEL, presented the outcomes of the European Commission’s ASPIRE project, on high-power electric propulsion for future lunar and planetary exploration missions
