SpaceX, the private space exploration company founded by Elon Musk, is offering insider shares at a price that values the company at around $150 billion, according to a Bloomberg News report. The company is seeking a $750 million tender offer, with shares priced at over $80 apiece. SpaceX has raised billions in recent years to finance its work, and has around $5 billion of cash on its balance sheet. In January, the company raised $750 million in a funding round that valued it at $137 billion. SpaceX recently deployed more than 50 satellites to boost its broadband internet coverage.
