Terran Orbital Chosen to Provide Three Microsatellite for Cost-Effective Enabling Missions

Small-satellite pioneer Terran Orbital Corporation (“Terran Orbital”) was awarded a contract by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics to provide three microsatellite class satellites, launch procurement, integration, and operations in support of product demonstration.

Terran Orbital has previously announced that it entered in a business combination agreement with Tailwind Two Acquisition Corp. (“Tailwind Two”), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), pursuant to which Terran Orbital will combine with Tailwind Two.
